Outside of work, he's a proud husband and dad to a curious and energetic one-and-a-half-year-old daughter. Their home is happily chaotic, shared with three dogs and a cat. When he's not chatting with candidates or clients, you can usually find him biking, skiing, or climbing in the Rockies—or glued to a game as a dedicated fan of the Broncos, Nuggets, Avalanche, and Leeds United.
